FASCINATING INSIGHTS INTO LIFE

There are full of negative perceptions about life. And we take everything for granted without much appreciation. We tend to dig into others' weaknesses simply to glorify ourselves. Instead, we should ponder over their plight as a lifeline for our successful and harmonious future endeavours. "We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give" Sir Winston Churchill

To MALAYSIA with LOVE

Our dearly beloved country, Malaysia just turned 49 yesterday.

Happy Independence Day, Malaysia!

It’s the time of the year, fellow Malaysian from all walks of life portrayed exuberant spirit of patriotism. I’m no exception! I get enchanted too by the colours of Merdeka especially the fluttering of many Jalur Gemilang and echoing of patriotic songs like “Keranamu Malaysia” and “Jalur Gemilang” from every corner of the country.

I’m truly proud to be a Malaysian. I’m caught in a Merdeka mood. I fervently wish to express my strong feelings and gratitude to Malaysia. Please accept this small token of thanks in appreciation of all Malaysia has done for me.

Malaysia
Malaysia,
a splendid country,
administered by capable and far-sighted leaders.
Equipped with well-designed development plans,
to bring progress and prosperity.

Malaysia,
a peaceful multiracial country,
resided by peace-loving people of diverse cultures.
We thrive together in harmony,
like one big happy family.

Malaysia,
a vibrant and progressive nation,
well-bestowed with natural beauty and richness.
Laden with investors and expertise,
to generate a more robust economic growth and becoming an economic powerhouse.

Fellow Malaysians,
we are indeed fortunate lots.
Let’s not complacent about what we have achieved so far,
We have come a long way,
We’ve transformed as a nation from the sleepy hollow,
The nation’s well-being is in the hands of our citizens,
Our destiny requires the commitment and aspiration of all.

Ask what you can do for Malaysia but not vice versa,
Let’s preserve harmony and multi-racial understanding among races,
Let’s cast aside our shackling sensitivities,
Let’s handle our differences with a clear mind and sound objective rationality,
Let’s study hard to become well-informed and knowledgeable citizens,
Let’s strive wholeheartedly to face new daunting challenges ahead,
Let’s continue the struggle to make Malaysia a more developed country.

Thank you Malaysia for the warmth and coziness of life we enjoy,
We’re proud to be part of you.

Anak Malaysia.
