FASCINATING INSIGHTS INTO LIFE

There are full of negative perceptions about life. And we take everything for granted without much appreciation. We tend to dig into others' weaknesses simply to glorify ourselves. Instead, we should ponder over their plight as a lifeline for our successful and harmonious future endeavours. "We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give" Sir Winston Churchill

Merville Students Residence – a surprisingly roomy apartment

It is a four-roomed apartment. I'm staying in a cosy little room. Although my room is not really large but there is still room to swing a cat! It is a single room with a view of the greenery. Nonetheless, the rental for 9 months amounted to a whopping sums of around Euro 3000++ which is equivalent to around RM15K ++.

I'm sharing the apartment with another Malaysian, Amin (my ex-PFS classmate since Form 3 and an ex-Intecian too) and two Irish undergraduates.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment. There is a kitchenette. The apartment is quite fully-furnished and well-equipped with a living hall, settee, study table, a dining hall, wall-cabinets, an electric oven and not forgetting electric heaters.
